Shwetha brings about 15 years of experience in recruiting and executive search, specializing in Risk Management, Quantitative Research & Trading Technology, ESG, Data, Analytics and AI, Digital, R&D, and functional roles. Her experience spans working for clients across variety of industry sectors.
Currently, Shwetha heads the specialized practice in Risk Management, Quants and ESG, which she has built from the ground up. She is actively involved in pursuing new client acquisitions while nurturing and expanding the existing client portfolio. Previously, she spent a decade driving strategic and leadership hiring in the realm of Data, Analytics, AI, Digital functions across a diverse clientele, ranging from startups to large enterprises She is passionate about growing teams, and dreams of building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates alike.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, and a Diploma in Management from ICFAI. When not recruiting, she enjoys spending time with her child, reading novels, and traveling.
Sudeshna is a senior professional with over 27 years of engineering experience, in U.S.A. and in India. Having lived and worked in the U.S. for over two decades, she returned to India in 2022. In her eagerness to pursue new interests, Sudeshna changed the direction of her career path and switched to executive search.
Sudeshna is actively involved in hiring leaders across the areas of Risk Management, ESG, Sustainability, Industrial, and Functional roles. She works closely with our client organizations to help them identify, evaluate, and hire the best talent in critical and strategic roles for their businesses. Aside from her key execution and delivery responsibilities, Sudeshna often puts her writing cap on, to create variety of talent search & research report for clients.
Sudeshna holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Tennessee State University, U.S.A.
Priya is a solution-driven consultant bringing over 6 years of experience in executive search by having a horizontal focus across the areas of Risk Management, ESG,Data, Analytics and AI. She has a strong business acumen in handling the entire recruitment cycle and lead generation. Having worked with a diverse client base ranging from start-ups to large enterprises, she is committed to delivering top-tier talent that fuels client growth and success.
Prior to joining the team, she has a couple of years of experience in delivering career planning and personality development workshops across major educational institutes in Tamil Nadu. She has demonstrated success in communicating effectively and collaboratively working with the stakeholders.
Priya holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Anna University. She is passionate about reading and is curious to explore new things.
